Georgia is a Business Development Executive working across global talent solutions for the energy and infrastructure markets.
She began her career in the finance sector, working in account management and business development for a pension tracing company. That experience gave her a strong foundation in client relationships, commercial communication, and operating effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Since 2022, Georgia has focused on supporting clients across renewable energy and data centres with international hiring and market expansion. She has worked closely with IPPs, developers, EPCs, and consultancies to place mid-to-senior level professionals across commercial, technical, and leadership functions.
Over that time, she has built a strong network across the sector and developed a solid track record of helping clients access the talent they need to deliver critical projects and support growth.
Outside of work, Georgia can typically be found hiking in the Peaks with her miniature dachshund, Snoopy.
