Management Consultant
Management Consultant: £50-100+k depending on experience
We are a growing consulting practice with a team undertaking small engagements for clients looking for a cost-effective alternative to the big-name management consultancies. We are looking for experience as consultant, or as a senior executive, in at least one of the areas below:
Strategy: Operating Model (inc TOM), competitive advantage, financial performance, report development, acquisition analysis & plans, divestments.
People: Strategies and processes around TA, R&R, Comp & bens, skill & career path development, benchmarking
Growth: Market analysis, macroeconomic analysis, global / trend analysis, optimising customer acquisition processes (& cost of acquisition), product management, productization, customer/sector identification & engagement.
You will have experience of C suite interaction (C suite coaching an advantage), stakeholder engagement (including the supply chain, internal staff, customers, politicians/regulators), and, ideally, B.O.T. projects. These are senior roles requiring the ability to take ownership of and deliver consulting engagements in which you are highly autonomous and your interactions with clients build their confidence in DF. You should be confident attending and presenting at industry events and creating content.
We particularly value interdisciplinary expertise, the ability to relate technology/reporting to business needs, and combining market understanding with the design of practical-to-deliver offerings.
