Scrum Master – Scrum / SAFe® URGENTLY required for a large cloud programme, to build revolutionary products enabling Industry 4.0 business cases in areas such as Robotics, AI, ML & IoT. The Scrum Master is responsible for guiding Scrum teams through release cycles in classic ‘servant leader’ style, ensuring the principles of SAFe Agile are correctly followed. The Scrum Master will form part of a large, global release train, with talented experts to solve complex, technical challenges and will work in a large, complex SAFe Agile Train environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supports the Product owner and Product Manager, groom the Product Backlog, prepare Release Burndown charts and manage resources.

• Facilitate scrum ceremonies including daily stand ups, sprint planning, sprint review and retrospective meetings, backlog sessions etc.

• Identify and eliminate impediments and encourage a high-performing culture with a focus on relentless improvement.

• Promote and support the adoption of SAFe Agile.

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience as a Scrum Master in a large, global IT environment.

• SAFe® certified.

• Comfortable and experienced solving both human and technical impediments.

• Technical background in IT would benefit understanding context of delivery, but not essential.
