Matt Grady is Senior Vice President and Partner at Dynamic Futures Group, working across Dynamic Futures, DF Search and J. Dunlop & Co to help organisations identify, secure and mobilise critical talent.

Within DF Search, the Group’s global executive search and specialist recruitment division, Matt has a personal focus on Leadership, specialist recruitment and global talent mobilisation for MedTech, Diagnostics and HealthTech companies scaling, commercialising or expanding internationally.

 

Through DF Search, Matt and his team supports appointments from the “lab room to the board room” — from specialist scientific and technical roles through to C-suite and board-level leadership.

 

Before entering the recruitment industry in 2011, Matt competed as a PGA Tournament Professional, an elite sporting background that continues to shape how he operates in business. The discipline, preparation, resilience, competitive standards and accountability required in professional sport are evident in his daily approach to leadership, client delivery and performance.

 

Matt has successfully made over 750 personal placements, with over 75 in the C-Suite, and delivered millions of pounds in recruitment revenue fior his businesses and teams that have gone on to be leaders in specialist market sectors (based on results).

 

Alongside this, Matt is a first point of contact for international talent mobilisation through Dynamic Futures, which has supported over 1,000 international moves for global firms delivering key projects into the UK since 2005.

 

Matt works in close partnership with the expert immigration advisory team at J. Dunlop & Co, a London based IAA-regulated UK immigration firm, advising businesses and individuals on obtaining and managing sponsorship licences, Skilled Worker, Global Business Mobility, Innovator, Start-up and Global Talent routes to name a few.
