Edward has been working in the recruitment industry since 2017.

As a Senior Consultant at Dynamic Futures, Ed specialises in international talent solutions across mission-critical, EHS, life sciences, engineering, validation, and technical operations markets. He supports clients in securing specialist talent for safety-critical, regulated, and high-pressure environments across the UK, Ireland, and Europe.

Ed loves the pace and the impact of he recruitment industry, working with organisations delivering complex and high-value projects, helping hiring leaders and HR teams secure the talent needed to execute and scale.

​Ed works with start-ups, scale-ups, and established organisations to identify and deliver the technical and leadership expertise required to build resilient, compliant, and high-performing teams.
