

HR administrator - Starting ASAP

To provide administration across all aspects of the employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on onboarding and employee experience. A great opportunity to get generalist experience and be the first point of contact for HR queries.
The role involves day-to-day administrative duties and support for project work where required. The role would suit someone with generalist and or/admin experience with an attention to detail and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding

Gather information for referencing and arranging interviews with internal staff members

Support visa application process with our in-house Legal team
-
Draft employment documentation with new starters
-
Create new starters on our HR software- BambooHR
-
Set up profiles in Aquila and Brightpay
-
Support and prepare for induction sessions with new starters to welcome them to the team and explain key company policies
General Lifecycle

Updating employee data
-
Working with finance on monthly payroll preparation
-
Act as a point of contact for non-Head Office staff
-
Administering staff benefits –currently healthcare and pension
-
Off boarding of leavers
General
-
Support the team in the day to day running of the business.
Required Experience:
-
1-3 years’ experience in a generalist or HR admin role
-
IT savvy – MS office and HRIS
The ideal candidate will have:

A professional, friendly, ‘can-do’ attitude

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
