Test Manager (Remote)

Objectives and responsibilities:

To provide authoritative advice and guidance to colleagues on any aspect of testing, owning test processes and providing support and advice to teams on the implementation of those processes
Test Manager for the whole Program.
Responsible for Program Wide Test Strategy and implementation.
To lead, create and maintain Test Strategies covering all project test activities and 3rd parties.
Develop Comprehensive Training materials on Test Methodology and using the qTest tool.
Responsible to provide Guidance and best practices to regions and in-country project teams.
Train Regional Oracle HCM Experts on standard training methodology.
Guide the in-country project teams on the application of the test methodology and the usage of
qTest.
qTest Tool Expert and responsible for configuration and setup of the tool.

Skills and Qualifications:

Extensive Test Management Experience (5 years plus).
Proven track record of test management experience in an international environment.
Experience with Test Management in HR System implementations is desired.
Experience with Jira / Confluence is beneficial.
ISTQB or equivalent certification.
Good knowledge and understanding of Testing methodologies, approaches, and products and how they can be applied.
Experience with qTest is preferred.
Experience of working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment with the ability to coach and mentor individuals.
Testing Workshop facilitation.
Able to apply quality assurance and standards to test deliverable completion.
Able to apply the above to create pragmatic test strategies and test coverage targets that will mitigate business risk.
Delivery of end-to-end business process testing, including non-functional elements, within a complex and fast-moving business environment.
