Business Analyst / Functional Lead / Senior Functional Consultant

100% remote  

Objectives of this Role:

  • Responsible for collecting detailed requirements for Oracle HCM System Configuration.

  • Integration into Local Systems (e.g. Payroll, Time and Attendance).

  • Special Data Migration Requirements.

  • Act as a primary contact person for the countries across all project phases and facilitate the communication to the Global IT teams.

  • Ensure Local Requirements are in line with Global Design Principles.

  • Guide Development team on best practices to implement country requirements.

  • Serve as primary contact for business queries and concerns e.g. to-be solution or to-be business process.

Responsibilities / Main Tasks:

  • Facilitate communication with the regions / countries during the pre-project initiation phase by ensuring that the country has done all necessary preparations.

  • Facilitate Requirements clarifications workshops.

  • Guide Country on best practice implementation principals and approach.

  • Manage the project scope and change with the in-country project team.

  • Facilitate discussion with Global Product Owner if conflicts between local requirements and Global Design Principles arise.

  • Conducting design workshops and functional process workshops.

  • Identifying business requirements and map them to the Oracle HCM functionality as well as documenting functionality gaps and developing solutions to them.

  • Provide Guidance to Development team on configuration tasks.

  • Ensure the target solutions and to-be business process are well documented, communicated, agreed and signoff by all the relevant stakeholders.

  • Facilitate testing scenarios (e.g. new feature is introduced, country specific regulatory use case, use case that has an impact to local process, etc) as well as supporting the country to simulate the post live end-to-end process.

  • Providing status and issue reports to the Global Program Manager.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in leading and facilitating requirements gathering workshops.

  • Experience in Configuring Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR.

  • Experience in working with and leading Global teams.

  • Experience with implementing Oracle HCM in multiple countries.

  • Knowledge of basic interface principals and experience with Payroll interfaces.

  • Successful track record working with Oracle Cloud HCM Applications and technology in an equivalent Solution Architect or HCM Functional Lead role.
