Dynamic Futures is an International Consultancy providing among other things IT, Financial and Aviation outsourcing solutions. As a rapidly expanding consultancy we are continually looking to break into new business sectors.

At present we are a privately owned business not currently looking for financial investment. However as a rapidly growing professional services organisation we do have an enormous need for talented individuals.

In order to recruit and retain the most highly skilled individuals with the most cutting edge skills we occasionally offer equity participation to exceptional consultants. Equity participation is rarely offered to consultants immediately unless that individual can offer significant value to our business. Normally consultants are required to work as full time members of our consulting team for a period of 6-12 months before the board will consider this as a realistic option.

Individuals with niche technical skills which are exceptionally difficult to find in the UK are highly sought after by our organisation.
